Left Overs Can Be Start Overs .

Ever wondered what to do with those left overs in the fridge ? Well , wonder no more . Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day and if it tastes really good then that is a bonus!!
Try out the Corned Beef Hash.

TOTAL TIME
45 min
PREP 15 min
COOK 30 min
YIELD serves 4
LEVEL EASY
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces cooked corned beef, diced
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add the corned beef and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until it releases some fat and browns slightly, about 3 minutes. Stir in the onion, bell pepper and potatoes and cook, undisturbed, until brown and on the bottom, about 6 minutes. Continue cooking, turning the hash as it browns evenly, about 15 more minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the eggs sunny-side up or over easy; season with salt and pepper.
Place the cheese
slices on top of the hash, reduce the heat and let sit until the cheese melts, about 1 minute. To serve, top each portion of hash with a fried egg.

The results are as magical as they appear .

Food is a way to everyone's heart !

Food brings people together , whether it's at work , at the dinner table or at school. With Christmas being around the corner we get to have a lot of family members from different places coming over just for that special dinner followed by a mouthwatering desert.

We cannot argue that as a young girl you are expected to know your way around the kitchen , how to make that steak a little more tender and stew tastier. Nothing is as pleasant as coming home to a dinner table filled with love.

They say food is the best way to a man's heart, but doesn't that apply to everyone ? You'll often see a group of girls having steak and a bottle of red wine, women having coffee and muffins, and guys discussing last night's game at a Tshisa-nyama.
